We are thrilled to announce that pre-leasing has officially begun at Jordan’s Branch Apartments in Libbie Mill - Midtown. The building is still currently under construction and move-ins are expected to begin on August 10th, 2022, continuing through late September. Our leasing team is now scheduling appointments to discuss floor plans, pricing and availability. Appointments to discuss building information will occur in the leasing offices of Penstock Quarter and Wellsmith Apartments. We will be offering hard-hat tours of the Jordan’s Branch Apartments construction site by appointment only on Saturdays during pre-leasing. There are a total of 14 units in the building and pricing is subject to change every 24-hours based on availability.
