River Run Dental to Open Practice at Libbie Mill!
/New dental spa adds to expanding mix of retail services in growing development
Libbie Mill - Midtown is happy to announce that River Run Dental has leased approximately 6,585 square feet in the Penstock Quarter building located at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard in Libbie Mill – Midtown. This will be the largest office River Run Dental has opened to-date, occupying Suite 125, adjacent to The Stables Market and the Penstock Quarter Leasing Office. Construction of the space is scheduled to begin in May, with an expected opening of Fall 2022. C.K. Bosworth will serve as the General Contractor for the project.
River Run Dental is a local practice with the desire to completely transform the traditional dental experience through a commitment to patient comfort and exceptional dental care. This office will bring the spa dentistry atmosphere that River Run has become known for to Libbie Mill - Midtown and the surrounding community. Practice founder, Dr. Brent Rusnak, is excited to be a part of another mixed-use development. River Run Dental will offer a variety of services including general and family dentistry, as well as periodontal care. Dr. Shrineel Patel will also be seeing patients at this location alongside a periodontist who will be joining the River Run team this summer.
