Long-standing local agent chooses mixed-use community for relocation

Henrico Co., VA., January 12, 2024 – Libbie Mill - Midtown, under development by Henrico-based Gumenick Properties, is pleased to share that it has signed a lease with the Percy Barnett State Farm Insurance Agency for retail suite 160 of the Tanner Row building. The space is approximately 1,632 square feet and faces Staples Mill Road, adjacent to The Corner Shops. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Libbie Mill – Midtown and State Farm in the transaction.

Owner and Principal, Percy Barnett Jr., has been a practicing State Farm Agent for over three decades. “We try to help our clients and prospective clients with all of their insurance needs, especially Auto, Home, Renters, Life and Business insurance,” states Percy. Today, he manages an Agency that has received countless awards and recognitions, and prides itself on providing outstanding customer service to all of its clients. The Percy Barnett State Farm Insurance Agency plans to take possession of the space in mid-February 2024, and is expected to open for business in early March 2024.
