All Star Orthodontics to join Libbie Mill!

Addition of orthodontics office illustrates continued demand for retail space in the growing development

HENRICO CO., VA., Aug 10, 2021 – Henrico-based Gumenick Properties is thrilled to announce that All Star Orthodontics has leased approximately 2,680 square feet in the Penstock Quarter building located at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard at Libbie Mill – Midtown, illustrating continued demand for retail services at Libbie Mill - Midtown.  All Star Orthodontics plans to begin work on the space this summer, which will be located in retail suites 180-181 facing Staples Mill Road and will open early 2022. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Gumenick Properties, and Tucker Dowdy of Commonwealth Commercial represented All Star Orthodontics in the transaction.
