Jordan's Branch Trail Improvements Offer Something for Everyone

As Spring approaches and we begin to venture outside, residents and visitors of Libbie Mill - Midtown may spot some new additions to the green spaces and amenities around the community. With convenience and connectivity in mind, these unmatched, public places allow the whole family to live life to its full potential.

Bike Path along Bethlehem Road

Jordan’s Branch Trail loop has been extended along Bethlehem Road, connecting sidewalks along Staples Mill Road with sidewalks along Spencer Road in the Neighborhood of Libbie Mill - Midtown. The 12’ bike path is perfect for a morning stroll or bike ride to get the day started, or an afternoon getaway from the home office grind. We hope all residents and visitors enjoy the nearly 2 mile loop of trails and walking paths this spring and summer!

Libbie Mill Dog Park at Jordan’s Branch Trail

In late 2021, in response to feedback from our wonderful residents, we installed the Libbie Mill Dog Park along Jordan’s Branch Trail. Now residents, visitors, and their furry friends can enjoy 6,200 square feet of shaded, fenced outdoor space after a wander through the community. You will find an area for both large and small dogs at Libbie Mill Dog Park. We can’t wait to see all your furry friends!

Jordan’s Branch Exercise Stations

Late last year we added two Timber Form exercise stations along Jordan’s Branch Trail. Each station includes a variety of connected, stationary equipment to help you stay active and healthy in a post-pandemic world.

Tag us on IG and FB in your photos of these new locations this summer!
