Rehab Center coming to Libbie Mill

Rehabilitation Center to Open Location at Libbie Mill-Midtown
Retail service offerings continue to expand with the addition of rehabilitation center

HENRICO CO., VA., February 12, 2021 – Henrico-based Gumenick Properties is pleased to announce that Airrosti Rehab Centers has leased approximately 1,438 square feet in the Tanner Row building located at 4900 Libbie Mill East Boulevard at Libbie Mill – Midtown, adding to an expanding list of retail services at Libbie Mill - Midtown.  Airrosti Rehab Centers plans to begin work on the space in the near future and open in early summer. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Gumenick Properties, and Kevin Humphries of Mohr Partners, Inc. represented Airrosti Rehab Centers in the transaction. 

Airrosti is a provider of soft tissue and musculoskeletal care with in-clinic locations in Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington. The group employs and trains passionate and skilled providers to deliver high quality, outcome-based treatment for their patients. Their new location at Libbie Mill - Midtown will add to an already diverse retail mix. “We are excited to be able to impact more patients in the Richmond area with the addition of our 6th and largest location at Libbie Mill - Midtown,” says Carolyn Dwyer, Airrosti’s Director of Regional Development for Virginia, of the impending move into the growing development.

There also continues to be strong demand for new-construction townhomes and condominiums at The Neighborhood at Libbie Mill with the construction of new phases to begin soon. In addition to the Airrosti lease, retail progress at Libbie Mill - Midtown continues with Starbucks and 9Round recently opening at the new Corner Shops retail building, and Block Advisors soon to follow. Stables Market and Pressery Modern Massage and Organic Spa are in construction planning phases and plan to open later this year.
