Radiant Nails and Spa Brings Personal Care Services to Libbie Mill - Midtown
/Retail expansion mirrors the rapid growth in the residential community
Henrico-based Gumenick Properties is pleased to announce that Radiant Nails and Spa has leased approximately 1,300 square feet in the Emmer Row building located at 4901 Libbie Mill East Boulevard at Libbie Mill – Midtown. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., represented Gumenick in the transaction. Expected opening will be this fall.
Radiant Nails and Spa will offer a variety of nail services, including manicures, spa pedicures, gel polish acrylics and a comprehensive treatment menu. The company chose the Libbie Mill – Midtown location due to the growth of the surrounding area and the high quality of the development.
“We are delighted to add Radiant Nails and Spa to our growing mixture of retail services for the community,” exclaims Karen Bunch, Gumenick Properties’ regional manager. “Retail interest at Libbie Mill – Midtown is greater than ever, keeping pace with our growing residential population at Penstock Quarter apartments, and in our townhome and condominium neighborhood.”
In addition to Radiant Nails and Spa, progress continues at Libbie Mill – Midtown with the construction of the new Crafted Restaurant, projected to open this summer, and the buildout of Lumber Liquidators office headquarters. Plus, leasing demand is strong at Penstock Quarter, a new 327-unit apartment community that opened in December. Earlier this week, Gumenick also announced their plans for a new five-story, 350-unit apartment community and an 11,800 square-foot retail center at the corner of Bethlehem and Staples Mill roads. These developments along with sales of new townhomes and condominiums, and the marketing of Harp’s Landing, a six-story Class-A office building to be built next to the Libbie Mill Library, exemplify Gumenick Properties’ plans to make Libbie Mill – Midtown the anchor to the growing midtown community.
